A successful project is one that follows budgetary and scheduling
elements, as well as delivers a finished product that completely meets
all your goals and objectives. For the purpose of coordination and
communication, we talk to clients throughout the project as often as
possible via email, messenger, phone or in-person - with progress
reports and status updates of any change requests. By following the process laid out below, the projects we take on are
not only successful when they’re finished, but are also successful as
they’re being developed.
Phase 1 – Data Gathering
The aim of our research is to articulate a direction in which to
proceed for the project. by analyzing your objectives, needs,
competition, current branding, and customers, we can define a strategy
for moving forward. This is turned into a short, to-the-point
specifications document which lays out the creative, functional,
technical, and budgetary requirements for the solution.
Phase 2 – Brain Storming
Our core strength is translating all of your ideas into an intelligent
and unique visual concept. This takes into account all the information
collected in the research phase, as well as the standards set out for
how the site will function. Once the concept is complete, we present
it to you for feedback, and then make final modifications. we do not
move forward until we know that you are 100% happy with the look of
the site.
Phase 3 - Implementation
When you sign off on the final concept, we then take the visual design
and start developing it into a functional website. We hand-code all
our developments and ensure they are wholly compliant with web standards. If the
project has a backend component, we work with your technology team or
our technology partners to integrate the front-end with the backend.
Phase 4 – Gauntlet
Our team of usability, functionality and code quality assurance testers
see to it that everything is in perfect order, functions as planned
and will ultimately meet your standards and expectations. The site
and/or application is subjected to tests, re-tests and more tests to
make sure that considerations such as performance, load, usability,
version and platform compatibility, efficiency and functionality are
taken into account.
Phase 5 – Launch
After testing is complete, we launch the project in the live
environment (which is quite exciting). We run though the final
solution once more and ask you to do the same, so that we can be
absolutely certain that everything works the way it should in its
new live location. then it’s time to celebrate, because you now have a
website or web application that looks professional and works the way
you (and more importantly, your customers) want it to work.
